option to purchase the home of your choice for a set price at a later date.

When you exercise your option and purchase the home, you only owe the agreed sale price listed in the
lease agreement. The price can not be raised and as long as you abide by all the terms of the lease,
you can not be asked to vacate the property.

When the lease term is completed and should you decide not to purchase
the home, you are not obligated to do so.
